Roommates Say the Darnedest Things

I came in from a run yesterday and Samuel, attempting to be friendly, asked me a question:

"You go for walkies?"

Perhaps we need to have a talk about idioms.

That's very British, but it usually refers to taking your dog for a walk. This is more a reflection of his being from Nigeria than anything else.
